DESCRIPTION

A blended Scotch whisky from Glenbrynth, a brand conceived in South Africa and founded in the 1980s by Brian Nathan, its name translating from Gaelic as "the valley of Brian". A blend of roughly 30% malt and 70% grain whiskies distilled and matured in Speyside and the Highlands for a minimum of three years, before blending and bottling in Bellshill, near Glasgow. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Crisp and rich, with subtle hints of vanilla.

Palate: Smooth and lightly sweet with flavours of vanilla, toasted cereal and caramel, joined by ripe apple, subtle dried fruit and mild warming spice.

Finish: Clean and easy-going, with lingering malt sweetness, vanilla and a gentle touch of oak.
