In 2018 Speyside distillery GlenAllachie unveiled its new core range of single malt whiskies following its acquisition by a consortium led by ex-BenRiach owner Billy Walker. The 25yo is matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez sherry, Oloroso sherry  and American oak casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Sweet spices, marmalade and sultanas balanced in total harmony.

Palate: Lashings of sultanas, pineapples and dark chocolate, followed by layers of Christmas cake, marmalade and sweet spices.

Finish: Long and rich with a hint of menthol.
