DESCRIPTION

A permanent expression from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside, first introduced in 2018. Matured for 18 years in a combination of PX sherry (60%), Oloroso (30%) and virgin oak (10%). Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Toffee sauce, cinnamon spice and fresh vanilla pods, with notes of cocoa, honeycomb and cherries.

Palate: Rich toffee, honeycomb, dark chocolate, orange peel and subtle oak spice.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dried fruit, soft vanilla, and gentle spice.
