A single cask release of Glen Keith, bottled by Adelphi independent bottlers. Distilled in 1995, matured for 23 years in a refill ex-Bourbon barrel (200L) and bottled in 2019. Only 137 bottles produced. Nonchillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at cask strength of 60.5%.
Nose: Madeira sponge fingers, custard creams, rhubarb compote, star anise and angelica root.
Palate: Oranges spiked with cloves. White pepper, toasted flapjacks, more rhubarb and custard.
Finish: Candyfloss, grapes and lingering licorice. Overall mentholic.
