DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Glen Elgin distillery in Speyside, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Distilled in 2011, matured for 13 years in a refill Oloroso sherry hogshead, and bottled in 2025. Only 255 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.7%.

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Cloves in orange, peach iced tea, daylily, white wine sangria, strawberry jam, spring onion. 

Palate: Effervescent and champagne-esque; fizzy white peach and butter, white chocolate with cardamom and chili, salted cashew.

Finish: Vibrant up front but viscous, sweet and smooth. Long and luscious.
