Grapes for the Craven Chardonnay 2023 were harvested from the Bluegum Grove vineyard planted in 2005. Grapes were whole bunch pressed to tank to settle overnight. The next day the juice was put into neutral 500-litre barrels for fermentation and remained there to complete malolactic fermentation. After 7 months of elevage in the same barrels, the wine was racked and bottled. Bottled at 11.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Lovely citrus forward nose, with aromas of lemon, lime and orange blossom.

Palate: Citrus notes shine through with a beautiful elegance and weight on the palate.

Finish: Clean with a refreshing salinity.
