Description:

Hidden Valley Hidden Gem 2022 is a Stellenbosch red blend produced by Hidden Valley Wines, comprising 72% Cabernet Sauvignon and 28% Petit Verdot. Cabernet Sauvignon provides the wine's core of dark fruit and structure, while Petit Verdot contributes additional colour, floral character and spice. The result is a full-bodied, structured red with concentrated black fruit, savoury spice and firm yet polished tannins. Bottled at 14.5% ABV.

Nose: Blackcurrant, blackberry and dark plum with violet, cedar and subtle notes of spice.

Palate: Full-bodied and concentrated, showing ripe cassis and dark berries alongside savoury spice, cedar and firm, well-integrated tannins.

Finish: Long and structured with lingering dark fruit, spice and a dry, elegant oak character.
