DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Clynelish distillery in the Highlands, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Distilled in 2015, matured for 9 years in a refill Oloroso sherry butt, and bottled in 2025. Only 477 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 54.5%.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Zesty orange sherbet, grapefruit rind and lemon bonbons, lifted by notes of fresh linen, strawberry jam on toast, tarragon, and delicate pastry dough.

Palate: Layered and intriguing — pink peppercorn, apple-rhubarb compote, rose, the faint nostalgia of licking envelopes, and the darkest chocolate. 

Finish: Medium length, bright and honeyed, leaving a gentle, lingering sweetness.
