The newest permanent addition to the Bushmill distillery's range of Irish single malts. Matured in first and second-fill ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of 14 years, and then finished in Muscat of Alexandria white wine Malaga casks for up to 12 months. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Rich scents of sweet honey, vanilla and gentle mandarin orange married with warm spice.
Taste: A harmony of mango, pineapple and apricot, bursting on the palate. Hints of ginger, cinnamon, milk chocolate, vanilla, warm caramel followed by gentle oak and floral notes.
Finish: Long, crisp finish of vanilla, apricots and mandarin orange developing into warm spice.

"I really really enjoy this whiskey. Tastes like a sweet fruit cake, caramel, candied fruits. Sweetness opens up even more with a little water, but doesn't need water if you like it neat. If you enjoy light sweet wiskey I doubt you'll be dissapointed."
