Brooklyn is a handmade gin from New York. Crafted with a hand-operated small Christian Carl copper pot still, the herbs and botanicals are steeped in the neutral spirit before all ingredients are distilled. Each batch is chill-filtered and tasted before bottles are filled, corked and labelled by hand. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Crisp and fresh citrus aromas with hints of lavender.

Palate: Complex with layers of flavour. Fresh citrus notes come forward complementing the herbal juniper flavour.

Finish: Smooth, long in length, and distinguished by a slight floral note.
