A single cask release bottled by Adelphi independent bottlers. Distilled in 1999, matured for 21 years in a refill American oak PX sherry hogshead and bottled in 2020. Only 176 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 48.7%.

Nose: Root ginger, orange blossom, fruit salad sweets, pineapple upside-down cake, oyster-shell and dockside brine.

Palate: White peach, mandarin, salted milk chocolate, and Bavarian smoked cheese.

Finish: Earthy and turfy with soft, billowing smoke. An exceptionally complex, layered whisky which is surprisingly bright for its age.
