Crafted from a base wine comprising colombard and chenin grapes. The wine is twice distilled in copper pot stills to concentrate flavour and alcohol and then meticulously matured in small oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Complex dried peaches and spice on the nose.
Palate: Smooth flavours of apricot and dried fruit, with a silky, intense mouth-feel.
Finish: A slightly sweet fruity aftertaste.
