Launched in 2020, a single cask, single grain whisky from South Africa's Boplaas distillery. Distilled from South African yellow maize, matured for five years in second and third-fill bourbon barrels, followed by three years in barrels that formerly held Boplaas Cape Tawny Reserve Port. Only 300 bottles were produced. Each bottle is wax-sealed, numbered presented in a wooden box, and bears the signature of distiller Daniel Nel. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Hints of vanilla and caramel.

Palate: Full-bodied, showing matured oak, raisin and tawny port.

Finish: A lingering finish of dried fruits and warm winter spices.
