DESCRIPTION

The Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV is the signature non-vintage Champagne from the historic House of Perrier-Jouët, founded in 1811 in Épernay, France. Renowned for its elegant floral style, the cuvée is crafted from a blend of approximately 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, with up to 20% reserve wines included to ensure consistency and complexity. Aged for a minimum of three years in the House's cellars before release, Grand Brut offers exceptional freshness, finesse and balance. Bottled at 12,5% ABV.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh and expressive, with aromas of green apple, pear and citrus, complemented by white peach, honeysuckle, acacia blossom and delicate brioche.

Palate: Lively and refined, revealing crisp orchard fruit, lemon zest and peach layered with notes of buttered brioche, toasted almonds and a fine mineral character. The mousse is delicate and creamy, providing remarkable elegance and balance.

Finish: Long, clean and refreshing, with lingering citrus, white flowers and subtle pastry notes carried by vibrant acidity and a beautifully persistent mousse.
