Released in mid-2018, the 21yo Temporis is a peated single malt matured in a combination of  four different cask types: bourbon barrels, virgin oak casks, Oloroso casks and Pedro Ximénez casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Nose: Caramelised pear and toasted oak spice fuse with honeyed peat and smoked pinewood.

Palate: Smooth creamy peat builds to roasted orchard fruits and eucalyptus. Tropical pineapple and star anise gradually appear.

Finish: Smoked cinnamon embers, lingering long into the sweet and smoky finish.
