Launched in 2019 for duty-free as part of a trio of sherry cask-finished whiskies, the other two being Bain's 18 Year Old Fino Finish and Bain's 18 Year Old PX Finish. The whisky started its life as the standard Bain’s Cape Mountain Whisky and spent an additional 10 years maturing in American oak before being finished individually for three years in Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 50.5%. (Bottle size 1 litre)

Nose: Complex with upfront nuts, figs, raisins and fruit.

Palate: Full and rich with toffee, hints of dark chocolate, nuts and a silky smoothness.

Finish: The finish is warm and long with hints of sherried oak and a well-balanced sweetness.
