DESCRIPTION

Handpicked over seven consecutive early mornings to capture pristine primary fruit, each parcel of Chardonnay was vinified separately before blending for precision and balance. The wine spent 11 months in French oak barriques (20% new), adding subtle complexity without overwhelming its fruit purity. Bottled at 13%. (Bottle size 750ml)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Bright and inviting, with aromas of citrus blossom, fresh pear, and white peach. Subtle notes of apricot and gentle oak spice bring nuance and depth.

Palate: Zesty and finely etched, showcasing lemon, lime, and green apple, underpinned by a clean mineral edge. A light thread of creaminess from the oak rounds the mid-palate, lending texture and finesse.

Finish: Crisp and refreshing, carried by lively acidity that extends the citrus and mineral notes. The finish is long, polished, and subtly chalky.
