A permanent expression from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside, first introduced in 2018. Predominantly matured for 12 years in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, with a small addition of Rioja and virgin American oak. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Hints of dark chocolate, treacle and heather honey, with cinnamon, espresso and sticky raisins in the background.
Palate: Marzipan and orchard fruit tones, followed by warming mocha, butterscotch and grated nutmeg.
Finish: Long and chocolatey.
