DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Dailuaine distillery in Speyside, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Distilled in 2015, matured for 14 years in a first-fill PX sherry hogshead, and bottled in 2025. Only 316 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.9%.

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Snickerdoodle, doughy cinnamon roll, Turkish Delight, figs, wooden chest, baked pear with brown sugar, cherry liqueur, salted licorice, baklava.

Palate: Fruit salad, lemon sherbet, allspice, rhubarb, honey ham, Moffat toffees, lemon curd.  

Finish: Lively, citric mid-palate, layered, lengthy drying finish.
