Compass Box have created a limited edition blended Scotch whisky to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the legendary Chicago punk rock whisky bar, Delilah's. Matured in American oak that held bourbon and sherry. Bottled in April 2018 with only 8,520 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Nose: Toffee, butterscotch, milk chocolate mousse and vanilla. Clove, nutmeg and baked apples. Quite rich.

Palate: Lots of spice with fresh oak, malt cookies, hints of chocolate and red berries. Some hazelnut cream and brown sugar in the end. 

Finish: Quite long with a woody feel, alongside chocolate and dried fruits from the sherry.
