DESCRIPTION
A single malt, single cask release from the Westland distillery in Seattle, USA, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Distilled in 2017, matured for 8 years in a first-fill PX sherry butt, and bottled in 2025. Only 742 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 50.9%.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Red Twizzlers, lightly roasted coffee beans, grated nutmeg, White Russian, Japanese plum, chocolate cake with buttercream icing, raisins, sultanas, beef jerky, lime pickle, cardamon, steak au poivre.
Palate: Various Pain aux raisins, chocolate croissant, coconut macaron. Apricot jam, glazed meat, Jamaican gingercake, crème caramel and Cadbury’s cream egg.
Finish: Sumptuous, rounded and decadent.
