Established in 2016, small-batch Origen Mezcal is handcrafted from agaves grown in the rich Oaxacan soil at high altitudes for between 8 and 13 years before harvest. Produced following artisanal methods dating back generations. Origen's wood stoppers are hand-carved and their sustainable, handmade labels are produced in an old textile mill, built in 1839 and located deep in the Oaxacan jungle. Bottled at 43%. Nose: Earthy with hints of smoke, roasted agave and fresh herbs.

Taste: Well balanced and smooth.

Finish: A long aftertaste of fresh agave.
