A single cask, cask strength release from the Kavalan distillery in Taiwan, presented as part of their premium Solist sherry wine series. This expression is matured exclusively in a Moscatel sherry cask, a richly aromatic dessert wine cask known for its intense sweetness and floral fruit character. Only 396 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 55.6%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Fruit jams on a chocolate brownie cake with an alluring honeyed sweetness with a touch of toffee and caramel in the background.
Palate: Rich and balanced with notes of dried fruit and nuts.
Finish: Buttery chocolate and fruit finish.
