"Every Whisky lover will have that one, very special dram that started it all and that holds a very special place in their heart, regardless of where they are in their Whisky journey. The Whisky that turned you from a mere Whisky drinker into an absolute Whisky fanatic, fascinated by the wonderful world of this incredible spirit. For me, that dram is Jameson select reserve. Its the Whisky that showed me how broad and full of wonder the whisky world is. Its pot still component guarantees that is so incredibly rich, thick, smooth, and easy drinking with stone fruit, caramel and spice throughout. At the price, it is a go to daily drinker for me and one I choose over many other blends. This is such an amazing, awesome drinking and special Whisky to me and will always hold a place in my bar as a result. The star at the top of Jameson’s tree for very good reason!"
Great everyday dram
"Great nose with something stone fruit , probably peach or apricot and a touch of vanilla and butterscotch. After a while in the glass some white chocolate is revealed with a touch of spice on the finish. Great value for money and excellent whisky."
