LIMITED TO ONE BOTTLE PER HOUSEHOLD.

A single malt, single cask release from the St Killian distillery in Germany, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Produced from heavily peated malt, distilled in 2017, matured for 6 years in a first-fill Madeira cask, and bottled in 2024. Only 351 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58%.

Nose: Herring, white balsamic, scallop shell, seaweed, diced green apple, birch forest, high-strength apple cider. 

Palate: Pickled jalapeno pepper, shallot, loam, chili flake, aged rum, mushroom.

Finish: Spicy and challenging.
