A single cask release of Bruichladdich bottled by Signatory (SIG) under their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Distilled on 21 October 1992, matured for 23 years in two hogshead casks and bottled on 7 January 2016. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Nose: Soft and sweet with notes of crème brûlée, stewed fruit and digestive biscuits. Spicy.

Palate: Rich, spiced palate with notes of cut hay, aniseed and marmalade. Very faint hints of smoke and salt air.

Finish: Marzipan and cracked black pepper. A little honey.
