Officially launched in 2016, Gold Bar blended American whiskey sources its base whiskies from distilleries in Kentucky and Indiana. Distilled from 88% corn, 9% rye and 3% barley, finished in Napa Valley wine barrels at the Gold Bar distillery in San Francisco and filtered using 24 carat gold flakes. Each uniquely numbered glass bottle has the shape of a gold bar with a solid brass coin pressed into the front of each bottle. The removable 'Lady of Fortune' coin is designed by a renowned American artist and individually minted at America's oldest private mint. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Burnt sugars and honeyed grains open to fresh orchard fruits and red berries.

Palate: Bright and warming with soft sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel. Subtle flavours of red fruits, baking spices, and gentle wood smoke.

Finish: Smooth and clean with lingering vanilla sweetness.
