A single cask release from the Dailuaine distillery in Speyside, by Adelphi independent bottlers. Distilled in 2015, matured for 8 years a first-fill American oak Oloroso sherry hogshead and bottled in 2023. Only 290 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 59.4%.

Nose: Linseed oil, polish, beeswax, salty biscuits, hot pumpernickel with salty butter, Soreen loaf, table tennis racket, stollen, panettone, key-lime pie with graham cracker crust, cola cubes.

Palate: Red cola, waxy! Greasy flapjacks, melted butter, oily, bourbon-soaked cherries, vermouth, Angostura bitters, red grapefruit, Maraschino cherry syrup, iced doughnuts, Grand Marnier, gingerbread dough, liquor coffee, chicory coffee.
