A 10yo rye whiskey from the team at Whistle Pig. Made with a 100% rye mashbill, matured in virgin American oak casks and then finished in ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at 50%.

Nose: Allspice, orange peel, aniseed, oak, char and caramel.

Palate: Sweet with hints of caramel and vanilla followed by rye spice and mint.

Finish: Long and warming with butterscotch and caramel.
