Westland distillery's flagship American single malt is made using five different barley varieties. Bottled at 46%.

Nose: Lemon and orange custard with freshly produced waffle cone, creme brûlée and chocolate custard with a hint of jasmine.

Palate: Creamy and rich fruit custard, adding an element of rainier cherries. After five minutes, melting swiss chocolate is revealed with a hint of almond.

Finish: Bananas and cream with Turkish coffee.
