An American single malt, produced using a variety of 5 different malts and then matured in ex-sherry casks (both PX and Oloroso). Nonchillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.
Nose: Offers an immediate richness, with honey-dipped oatmeal raisin cookies. Maple syrup follows close behind, drizzled over banana pancakes.
Palate: Kiwi with more maple and raisin syrup along with sweet cookies and pastries, getting darker and richer with time.
Finish: Stewed yellow fruits and honey.
