A blend of Irish malt and grain whisky, both produced at the West Cork distillery, and matured exclusively in American oak, ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at 43%.

Nose: A soft nose of sweet fruit and malt.

Palate: Light and balanced with vanilla followed up with more malt and fruit.

Finish: Medium with a hint of vanilla.
