This single grain is the only standard release from Japanese producer Suntory's Chita grain distillery, which was built in 1972. Matured in a combination of wine, sherry and bourbon casks. Bottled at 43%.

Nose: Sweet and light with crème brûlée, cardamom, acacia honey and blossoming rose.

Palate: Mild and smooth, hint of mint, deep honey and tropical fruits.

Finish: Clean finish with spiced oak and a subtle bittersweet note.
