A single cask release from the Starward distillery in Australia, bottled by Adelphi independent bottlers. Distilled in 2011, matured for 5 years in a first-fill Apera (an Australian sherry-style fortified wine) hogshead and bottled in 2021*. Only 248 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.9%.

*Yes, if you do the math this doesn't seem right, but Adelphi has confirmed these details; on rare occasions whisky is emptied from the cask but not bottled immediately.
