Launched for Fèis Ìle 2019 by family-owned, Scotch whisky distiller, blender and independent bottler Hunter Laing. A single malt from an undisclosed Islay distillery, Scarabus means ‘rocky place’ in Old Norse and is known as a mystical area on the Isle of Islay. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Nose: Islay peat smoke and sea salt.

Palate: Warming leather notes, stewed rhubarb and a wonderful vanilla sweetness.

Finish: A rich lingering finish.
