Grapes were hand-picked in January 2012, light pressed, cold fermented and bottled for the 2nd fermentation during December 2012. Disgorged in November 2017. Bottled at 12%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Beautiful bouquet of apples and pears. With whiffs of brioche and toast.

Palate: Fresh apple and yeasty flavours complement the biscuity richness. It is crispy and fresh on the palate with some yeasty and bready flavours and ample structure.

Finish: The finish is crisp and refreshing with lingering brioche notes.
