Nose: Classic turkey profile of fruit, spice, and leather. Stewed and caramelised stone fruits complimented by a cinnamon spice.

Palate: Vanilla, brown sugar, caramel, oak and spice. 

Finish: Dry and spicy with a lot of vanilla and kettle corn.
