Grapes are hand-picked from 20 year old vines and directly whole-bunch pressed. The must is fermented at low temperature to keep varietal aromas, in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Matured in stainless steel tanks for 6 months on fine lees. Bottled at 13%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: The very expressive nose of this grape variety is a blend of white fruits, peaches and flowers that make up all the charm of this beautiful grape variety.
Palate: Its balance, both lively and round, makes the mouth smooth and pleasant.
Finish: A fine and gourmet wine with a finish of a beautiful persistence on the fruit.
The Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné was created in 1834 through the magical conjunction of a fertile land on a hillside by the Rhone and a family with a passion for winemaking. Famed through the Hermitage La Chapelle, over the years the Domaines Paul Jaboulet Aîné took ownership of the finest appellations of the northern Rhone Valley, applying organic and biodynamic principles since taken over by the Frey family, ensuring a legacy in both vineyards and incredible wines.
