A singe grain Scotch whisky by independent bottler and blender That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC). This 27yo from North British is their 3rd batch from the distillery, with only 760 bottles produced. Bottled at 56.3%. (500ml)

Nose: Coffee beans, vanilla, shortbread and a subtle floral hint.

Palate: Gorgeous hints of chocolate ice cream, toffee sauce and almonds. A touch of liquorice hides in there.

Finish: Oily walnut and yet more creamy vanilla.
