Bourbon and rye whiskey, must be aged in brand new oak barrels. This Unblended American Whiskey is matured in a used cask that previously held bourbon, which is why it is not classified as a bourbon. Generally not available in SA so very limited stock available. Bottled at 41.7%.

Nose: Thick with molasses and caramel with a coat of timber and ginger.

Palate: Buckets of butterscotch and caramel with a handful of dried fruits. The spice becomes more prominent growing peppery over time with toasted wood notes.

Finish: Lingering vanilla and ripened fruits.
