In existence since 1859, Maxime Trijol uniquely cultivates its own vines in addition to distilling, ageing and bottling cognac. Using only grapes from the Grande Champagne growing region, this young cognac features eau-de-vie aged for a minimum of two years, elevated with the inclusion of some reserve stocks. Matured in french oak barrels mainly from the Limousin forest. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Floral fruity bouquet.
Palate: Subtle oaky spice.
Finish: Quite long on the palate with a good balance and harmony.
