A single malt whisky by independent bottler and blender That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC). This 3yo from the Mackmyra distillery is their 1st batch from the Swedish producer, with only 220 bottles produced. Bottled at 47.2%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Nose: Marzipan, juicy apricot and raspberry, hints of brown sugar.

Palate: Pastries filled with quince jam. Cherry Bakewell and cinnamon.

Finish: Rather long and sweet, though a prickle of peppercorn does develop.
