A single malt whisky from the Macaloney's Island Distillery in Canada. Matured from start to finish in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) casks . Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Classic sherried influence that is rich, warm and inviting.

Palate: The plums, raisins, tropical fruit and wood spices are complemented by structured tannins and oak, that ultimately yield to a background of juicy malt barley.

Finish: The finish and development are complex with a hint of sea salt and symphony of sherry and tropical fruit notes.
