Left on the lees for 12 months. Bottled at 11%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Fresh strawberry, floral notes.

Palate: On entry notes of strawberries and raspberries. Elegant with a soft mousse.

Finish: Crisp with a lingering note of lime.

Lord's Wines, a family-run boutique winery, is situated high up on the northern slopes of the mountains near McGregor, amidst fynbos-covered hills. It was in 2006 that viticulturist Jacie Oosthuizen realised his dream acquiring the property and combining his love for cricket (with a nod to Lord's Cricket Ground in London) and wine. At 500m above sea level, the vineyards are among the highest in the region enjoying a climate which is cooler than most and making it suitable to produce Pinot Noir and other wines from suitable cultivars.
