Using whiskies which are married in their 100-cask solera system which combines oloroso sherry casks and recharred American oak casks. Bottled at 43%.

Nose: Aromatic with sultanas and sherry notes; almost a smoky quality once the darker fruit notes subside.

Palate: Malty and dried fruits with ripe pears, cinnamon, ginger, brown sugar.

Finish: More dried fruits with blackcurrant. Slightly astringent and a lemon tartness comes in towards the end.
