Launched in 2012, Larceny celebrates the legacy and legend behind John E. Fitzgerald and the historic Old Fitzgerald brand which was acquired by Heaven Hill in 1999. Once thought to be a distiller, it was later revealed that John E. Fitzgerald was in fact a treasury agent who used his rickhouse keys to steal a taste of the best barrels, thus committing larceny. Produced at the Heaven Hill distillery in Kentucky, Larceny is a small-batch bourbon that uses wheat as the secondary grain rather than rye. Bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 1 litre)

Nose: Fresh bread and toffee, with notes of butterscotch.

Palate: Buttery caramel and honey, with a rich mouthfeel.

Finish: Long, gently sweet and savoury.
