KI NO BI, meaning ‘The Beauty of the Seasons’, is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto, Japan. Made in a recognisable dry style but with a distinct Japanese accent using a rice spirit base, peerless water sourced in the famous sake–brewing district, Fushimi and a selection of locally-sourced botanicals. Nose: A fresh aroma of yuzu, and a thread of sanshō (Japanese peppercorn).
