A single cask, single grain from the Invergordon distillery, bottled by independent bottler Douglas Laing in their Old Particular (OLP) range. The release was distilled in May 1997, matured for 21 years in a refill barrel and bottled in April 2019. Only 240 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 51.5%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Nose: Very buttery and creamy with corn evident ahead of the vanilla.

Palate: Hits big - crammed with citrus, fudge and loads of sugar and spice.

Finish: The spices are evident early, plus later attractive maple syrup.
