Inchmurrin is the single malt produced at the Loch Lomond distillery. This release is matured in ex-American oak barrels and then finished in casks that were previously used for making fortified Madeira wine. Bottled at 46%.
Nose: Fresh citrus orange giving way to almond marzipan and nutmeg.
Palate: Fruity character of peach and fig, overlaid with butterscotch and walnut.
