Following on from the Highland Park Ice comes the Fire Edition, the second half of the two-part series. This 15yo whisky was matured exclusively in refill port casks (a first for Highland Park) with 28,000 bottles produced worldwide, with each one presented in a mountain shaped cradle made from oak. Bottled at 45.2%.

Nose: Vibrant with ruby red fruits and warm vanilla complement the fiery bitter sweetness of cinnamon and dark chocolate.

Palate: A light smoke with striking zesty dried peel, vanilla and spice.

Finish: A lingering sweet finish with a fruity spiciness.
